Our truck is available for wide variety of events of all sizes including picnics, fairs, festivals, concerts, all types of parties, weddings, reunions, fundraisers, employee appreciation events, and extended or multi day service for location shoots.
Additionally we are uniquely suited to work with breweries and wineries who don’t offer a food service option for their patrons.
Naturally we welcome (and expect) walk up orders, but we are not "fast food" and we are not trying to be. We take great pride in what we do. Therefore we prepare the food when it's ordered.
Average wait times are usually about ten minutes. Smaller orders can be faster. Larger orders can take a little more time.
